In my first two weeks of coming back here in the Philippines, I met this very passionate and talented guy, Mike Lao, he is a student at Trinity University of Asia, one of a Universities here in Manila.
At first , I didn't know how influential this guy is. We are now half-way in our personal discipleship (121) stage. and God has been doing a lot of great things in his life since then. He shared to me about His passion with dancing and how the Lord was using him and his position in able to share the love of God to others. I was surprised when i saw him one night in one of his performances.
Their group is known as "Gimpers". At the end of their almost 3 hours of performances, He acknowledge all the people who helped and supported them , their relatives, loved ones and what really surprised me was when He gave honor to glory and really shared their gratitude to God, "Lahat ng ito galing sa kanya, para sa kanya" he told to the crowd. I was encouraged when i found out that they did this concert for a cause of helping the children. At the end He asked everyone to stand up and lead us all in a prayer!
Im amazed with what God is doing this man's life. May He continue to use his gifts and talents in influencing others and bringing them back to God. All Glory belongs to our God! Galing mo Lord!
