I would like to thank you for being a part of sending the 9 laotians to be able to join the EN2010 last July. They had a great time meeting new Christian friends from the 50 countries represented in that 3 day conference. At the same time we took that time for the students to be exposed with the churches in Metro Manila.
They were able to visit 3 congregations and meet a lot of Youth Leaders in an “International Campus Mixer”. We gave them a tour of the University of the Philippines and joined some Small Groups. It was truly an unforgettable experience to all of them.
Their entire stay truly was filled with amazing and remarkable moments which they will treasure in their lifetime. Someone said “This could be my first and last time in another country” one student said. I challenged them to dream big, increase their faith in God. God has great and mighty things He wants to do in and through their lives.
I thank the Lord for giving us this chance of working together with Him. His grace was with us as we obey and allow Him to use our gifts and talents for His honor and glory. They were all “on fire” going back to the Laos and very excited to serve the Lord and reach out to their campus. They are all excited and strongly motivated to reach out to others and start their own small groups.
I believe all of these wouldn’t be a reality without your prayers and help, your gifts and support is really going a long way. I really want to thank God for allowing us to see this generation of young believer turned to leaders, so passionate and full of zeal and love for their fellow citizen.
